The Ontrack Inview Delivery Task Manager is required in order to use the document download or batch print features in Ontrack Inview.

System Requirements
The Ontrack Inview Delivery Task Manager version 5.5 requires Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP, and the Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1. You must have administrative rights to this computer to install the Ontrack Inview Delivery Task Manager. If you need assistance, please ask your company or firm's system administrator.

1. You must be logged on to your computer as an administrator.
2. Log off Ontrack Inview.
3. You cannot install the Ontrack Inview Delivery Task Manager because you do not have Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
4. After the setup wizard completes, log back on to Ontrack Inview.

Permissions Required in Ontrack Inview
In Ontrack Inview, you must have the "Download Documents" and "Batch Print" permissions to use these two features.
